TECHSOFT provides a wide variety of technical training, training development, and training support services to its DoD, government, and industry clients. Our training development team offers a unique blend of military and civilian subject matter experts, who bring hands-on experience and technical expertise to every product TECHSOFT delivers.

Our courses are delivered by a qualified training staff that includes Army and Navy instructors and Master Training Specialists, Software Engineering Institute (SEI)-certified instructors, and undergraduate and graduate-level college instructors. TECHSOFT constantly improves its offerings to meet our clients' ever-changing needs, ultimately delivering the highest-quality products available.

Training Approach
TECHSOFT's Instructional Systems Design (ISD) curriculum development process follows the industry standard PADDIE approach, documenting all efforts using best practices of the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®).

TECHSOFT has extensive experience developing and delivering training to meet Department of Defense (DoD), Navy's Integrated Learning Environment (ILE), and National Cryptologic School standards.

Instructor Led Training
TECHSOFT has instructed a wide range of courses for military, Federal Civil Service, and civilian students in both military and university-level settings. Areas instructed range from Information Assurance, cyber analysis, and computer network operations to programming, database management, and CMMI® processes. Many of these courses were also developed by TECHSOFT.

Training Systems
TECHSOFT's capabilities in Systems Engineering and Network Engineering, coupled with our training expertise, have proven invaluable in designing, implementing, and maintaining large automated LAN/MAN/WAN-based training systems. Our recognized training expertise and well-documented processes have led to several tasks providing evaluations of customer training development and support processes, and recommending improvements.

Web-Based Training
TECHSOFT's secure WBT development lab is configured to allow our developers to work in any environment.

Our team has extensive experience creating WBT courses that are both browser and platform independent. By combining classic HTML programming with JavaScript and Java applets, as well as ASP.NET applications, our developers maximize audio and animation capabilities over the web.

Our WBT development process involves use of extensive templating, developed and refined over the years, which streamlines the process, improves efficiency, and greatly reduces risk. These templates are not only effective for design, but also such additional aspects as metadata tagging and alt texts, ensuring our products are SCORM-conformant and ADA Section-508 compliant.

TECHSOFT's use of industry-standard testing tools and applications is the final assurance that the customer will receive a WBT that is ready for publication regardless of the hosting and LMS scenario.
