Program Manager Responsibilities - Provide overall direction of all
phases of IT professional services. Oversee all aspects of IT
contract performance (e.g., technical, administrative, financial,
etc.). Interface with the customer to ensure contractual conformity.
Qualifications -
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in
computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, related
technical field, or equivalent. Must have demonstrated experience in
the management of groups of 10 or more. Must have at least 10 years
of experience in providing management and technical direction to
complex tasks and task personnel. Significant demonstrated
experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.

Project Manager
Responsibilities - Under limited supervision, provide
overall direction of IT-related project level activities. Provide
management and technical guidance to IT project members. Must posses
a high degree of analytical skill relating to IT functional
requirements, system requirements, and implementation to facilitate

Network Engineer
Responsibilities - Monitor hardware functions of networks to
ensure proper configuration and operation. Manage and troubleshoot
LAN/MANWAN network operation. Install networks, existing network
enhancements, and upgrades.
Qualifications -
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in
computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, related
technical field, or equivalent and minimum of three years designing,
installing, and maintaining networked systems. Certification as a
network engineer (e.g., Novell CNE/Microsoft CSE) and an additional

assignments relative to the modification and/or development of
software systems. Formulates and develops systems or subsystems
architecture, requirements, and design documents. Performs software

systems. Evaluates subcontractor software activities, so as to
ensure compliance with software engineering standards.
Qualifications - Master’s Degree from an accredited
college or university in computer science, electrical/electronic
engineering, related technical field, or equivalent and at least
four years experience in software development. Significant

Degree.

Quality Assurance Engineer
Responsibilities
- Work independently while performing QA testing and analysis to
ensure compliance to customer specifications. Review test
procedures. Aid in test documentation. Analyze test data to
determine test has demonstrated desired performance. Conduct
in-process reviews of work products and processes at key points
throughout the development and maintenance effort.
Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or
equivalent. Meticulous attention to detail and strong English skills
are a must.

Senior Instructional Systems Designer
Responsibilities - Coordinate multi-discipline
team involved in development of various training/instructional
media, to include but not be limited to computer-based training (CBT),
web-based training (WBT), and electronic performance support systems
(EPSS). Independently
design courses and write storyboards. Design courseware for podium-based, server-based, and
standalone (e.g. CD) delivery. Manage, coordinate, and develop training under customer
standards. Be familiar
with virtual reality training concepts and tools.
Qualifications - A
Master’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related
discipline. Minimum of five years experience in course design and
development, with specific emphasis on multimedia design and
web-based delivery.

Responsibilities - Perform system analysis for complex classes including training surveys, developing training plans, constructing training materials and conduct user training. Responsibilities –Provide advanced page design, illustration and commercial production support. Demonstrate knowledge of available software graphic tools, multimedia applications, and web delivery.
Qualifications – Associates degree in related discipline or equivalent. Two to five years experience in the design and preparation of both hard copy and soft copy graphics. Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Creating Animations, 3D objects and text and demonstrate RGB and CMYK knowledge.
